Kevin Weng is the Director and Chief Financial Officer of Unison Solar Energy Pty Ltd, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial management, strategic advisory, and business services across Australia and international markets. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA).

As a founding partner of a respected Queensland based accounting firm, he has played a pivotal role in advising a wide range of clients, both domestic and international, on business establishment, expansion strategy, and financial compliance in the Australian market. His work has been instrumental in guiding overseas investors through the complexities of the local regulatory and commercial environment, enabling them to successfully launch and scale operations in Australia.

Throughout his career, Kevin has also provided Chief Financial Officer services to the Australian investment arms of overseas listed companies and has supported ASX listed entities in navigating capital structuring, reporting, and governance obligations. His cross-border experience, combined with a deep understanding of Australia’s renewable energy policy and investment landscape, positions him as a key financial architect behind Unison’s long-term growth strategy.
